That photo you found on flikr somehow almost looks like a modern photo faked to look 1970s, to my eye anyway. But, if you look in the window, you can see a banana milkshake dispenser, which proves it is from the 70s.

Well, the one in the middle could pass for a young Charlie Bucket from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. The girl on the left, perhaps a Munchkin from WOZ .

That probably would have been me w/o a costume at that age. My mom wasn't big on Halloween. When I was 5 she bought me a Collegeville kitten mask, w/o a costume, and I was the only one in kindergarten w/o a costume.
