Prehistoric Scenes display at Wonderfest 2011

...Saving the money and adding more to it later just wasn't the way things were done when you were 8.

It was for me. I freaked out when I was 6 that I was going to end up broke as an adult and started saving money. At that age I decided that (even though I had no interest in cars), I really needed to start saving money for a car because everyone I knew who was 16 talked about nothing but cars. I thought that would be me in just 10 short years, so I started selling my Twinkies at lunch for a quarter, going door-to-door selling homemade bookmarks, greeting cards and stationary, and doing whatever odd jobs I could do at 6. By the time I was 10, I was selling knives to the kids at school and doing yard work around the neighborhood. I bought a brand new Volvo at 15. Then I discovered girls and suddenly money was no longer my main focus. I've been broke ever since!

Well, Wonderfest is just 5 short weeks away now.

If I don't get any volunteers soon, I will just plan on bringing them myself.


My cave is done, I just didn't want to pack it all up, and have to set it all back up again (I didn't glue anything down, and I am not happy with the way mine turned out either)
I've got a built-up swamp that I bought on ebay that I can use.
And I will just do some quick builds of the other two if I have to.

We will have the complete set on display this year at Wonderfest!

As well as quite a bit of other stuff.
