I have actually got a few of the cereal box cardboard Archie singles in there as well.

How long have you been collecting for now?
    Hi Mark,

I have many kiddie records, (including a collection of cereal box records, 2 from when I was little), but this post is about Power/Peter Pan records. In the 70s, Peter Pan had a subsidiary and called it Power for the Superhero, action TV characters out at that time, like Star Trek (I don't think Star Wars was done, but I could be wrong), Six Million Dollar Man, Planet Of The Apes, Superheroes, Movie monsters, Kojak, Gemini Man and possibly others I'm forgetting. But the end of the 70s, they went back to using the Peter Pan label for the Star Trek recods. I don't know if the others were available at that time. I've been collecting for about 20 years. It started w/ the GIJoe Adventure Team book & record set, a POTA 45, and one Star Trek album. It just kinda spiraled from there.

You should have them converted to digital format, that way you can preserve them. But like myself, I can't help but keep on pulling out the originals for another spin.

Yeah, I know how it can be. I have been collecting for the last seventeen years and after you buy one, you end up with another and so fourth.

It's a great hobby, yard sales, thrift stores and ebay seem to be the best places to add more to the collection. You should invest in a few plastic sleeves for the record covers. I am slowly getting around to cover mine.

You have a really excellent collection, keep it up.

Power Records were awesome. Still have Spidey, Batman and Superman ones. Used to have a cool SMDM one, too.
