When I freelanced at Toyshop, Mark was always really kind to me. He shows up at the local GI Joe conventions here.

As an 80's GI Joe collector I've found his GI Joe guides to be my #1 source for info. His book is beyond detailed, filled with great pics, and usefull information for the collector.

I couldn't build my collection without the help of his book and it's handy ID guide.

I met him last year and bought a set of his books. Super nice, enthusiastic, and he really does his research well, particularly when it comes to the trivia that even casual readers would find interesting.

Here's the link to the doc...

            Huh.

That Bellomo guy is a bum, and that's all he'll ever be...

P.S. I fell asleep EVERY night this week reading Ben's Mego book; by FAR the best toy book ever constructed. My dreams last night: finding a webbed-handed Aquaman at a garage sale for $1.00. Then I woke up. Stupid real world without myriad webbed-handed Mego Aquamen.

Welcome Mark! Your presentation is the best thing about the Canadian Joe Con.

It was a pleasure as well to see all that original packaging art that you had brought with you.

When will your eighties Toy Book be available? (if it isn't already).

I love Mark's books, an excellent read and very helpful. Definitely the best collector books out there up there with Ben's Mego book (which is still the best ) I only recently came across that 18 part doc on YouTube myself and really enjoyed it.
