Oh, yeah! That would have totally rocked!
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I wonder if it was all because they wanted to tie in the Mego fashion dolls and Wonder Woman to the girls doll likes like Barbie? GI Joe wasn't even in 12" format anymore by the time they made those.
Nostalgia just ain’t what it used to be.

Clash of the Titans Medusa would have been really cool.

Additional characters in the Pulsar/Hypnos toy line.

            Additional Stretch Armstrong villians.

and less humans and MORE MONSTERS/Aliens in just about every space related toyline.

At his MegoMeet display, Acroray pointed out the Commander Rann Palisades Space Glider and I totally geeked out. I had forgotten that he was supposed to be Space Glider to begin with!

It would be really terrific if they did Marionette like this with a contemporary female micronaut body, or produced Bug in the style of of the Space Aliens with glowing parts.

I'm still rather confused by the fact that Marvel owns Rann, Marionette and Bug. I guess it was just the nature of how the deal was struck that Marvel gets to keep certain original characters like the non-toy Micronauts, The Dire Wraiths and Red Ronin.

I don't understand how there has never been a Godzilla building block set like Lego or Mega Blocs. It seems like a nobrainer to build a city and let the Big G go at it.

Godzilla Legos were sold in Japan around 13 years ago, but alas, something similar has never been released over here.

                      We almost got them.

Dr. Venom was a recent GI Joe club exclusive of a character from the GI Joe comic books. There's a YouTube clip with a review of the line here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNuUMWXY0OI (Dr. Venom is shows about 2 minutes in)

Kwinn was also a character from the comic book who was made into a figure YEARS later. Here's a link to his page on YoJoe.com:

Good News vintage Hasbro Art exists of this figure called Commando listed in Hasbro Catalogs and GIJOE Club Magazine. I have made my own custom using vintage EE figure. Box is almost done. I have pics of my first version somewhere. Will post mine when box is finished. Till then:

I'm with the Battlestar crowd. I wish they would have made some more of the characters before the show went off the air.

I also wish Mego had made a magnetic hands & feet Spider-man rather than Batman & Robin.
                                It's all good!
