I wonder if Bullet Man was the inspiration for Destro? Even though Destro is a villain, there are 2 similarities...the chrome mask and the dark hair. It's a thin theory but it's all I got.

I've also theorized that Cobra was inspired by the giant cobra in "The Search For The Stolen Idol"...an even thinner theory...
