Help figure out what board game this is.

I played a 4 person game with my brother and sisters when I was young. I can't remember the name of it.

    I have searched the net.

A character was Mystic Man or maybe Mister Mystic. He had a loud pink costume and a big collar.

It had a fold out mat and oversized cards.

there were 4 heroes and each player tried to complete their characters story line.

    Help.

More info might help. Year that it was bought/played. Was it a mainstream toy manufacturer game, or did it come from a specialty/comic store? Sounds interesting.

70s maybe 60s. No idea on manufacturer or popularity. Probably a hand me down or goodwill buy. I just don't know much - that is the problem

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
