Vintage 8" Jawa added to the collection!

While antiquing in that wonderland known as Adamstown, PA two weeks ago, I came across a fascinating sight. The 1979 Kenner 8" Jawa complete with perfect cloth robe, bandoliers and gun. Loose, mint, complete for $60.

Now, call me crazy, but when I look on eBay for this guy and see loose ones, they are mostly without the robe, and bereft of one or all accessories for about $30 to $50. Although I see there is on there now in the box (with folded flap) for $99 starting bid.

I asked one of the store clerks to pop this little dude out of the display case so I could look it over. The joints were like new, no stains or scratches anywhere and everything in that case was 20% off.

So it now sits in MY display case! If you live close to PA and you love antiques, you probably already know Adamstown. If not, you SHOULD. Miles of antique shops, hundreds of dealers.

OK, so I signed up on Photo Bucket, posted the pic. Came here, clicked on Manage Attachments, added the URL below and it still gave me an invalid file error so I'm putting the link to the picture here!
