Here's a picture of the "Super City". It was in the Woman's Day Book of Best Loved Toys & Dolls and is intended for the 8" Mego figures. There's around 20 pages or so of instructions and you could probably pick up the book for less than $5. One thing is for certain and that's you'll need a lot of room!

I'm pretty sure the plans are in the Museum Library...for free.

Yeah but it'll be a ton of printing.

That's why God created printers at work.

I do hope we hear from our friend who runs the Doctor Strage page, (I know he's been busy), but I hope he's close to finishing the scans.

                              Gentlemen,

I always feel like Peter Parker when I have to make excuses or explain the weird events that keep preventing me from doing what I need to do.

I'm not sure what it is about my life that seems to attract more than my share of weirdness, but add to that the fact that I seem to have married someone who is exactly like that as well, so... it's weirdness to the Nth degree.
                              But... here goes:

I had started the Marvel World re-sizings (from old scans sent to me by a friend, who had scanned HIS playset - but at a very small size - to be printed out on 8.5 x 11 paper).
However, the scans had many flaws and tape marks which I was retouching via Photoshop.

Also, I noticed that one of the scan pages - which comprised several buildings and figures was corrupted and pixelated, so I need to scan those from my OWN set.

Then, in the middle of all that, I had to spend about a week, several states away, helping out my oldest friend, whom I have known for 35 years, and whose mother had passed away, to clear out his family home (he is currently overseas and needed me to handle the task by myself) before the house is sold ASAP.

Then, when I finally get back to my own place, I discover that my wife's family is in need of some assistance and I need to take over more stuff around here so that she can focus on their situation.

Also, our own relocation plans have been stepped UP - so I have to pack up everything my own home to be out sooner than I had originally planned.
Oh. And my sister and younger brother are also relocating soon, and I am sure I'll be aiding them as well.

Add to that glorious clusterf@#% the fact that my harddrive started acting all wonky - especially after some thunderstorm activity kept knocking my system off for several days - and I ordered a new external harddrive to move a ton of files over, to make room for these Marvel World scans (they get pretty big during the resizing process. It eats some serious memory to work it out due to the crazy levels of detail).

Now, the weather reports indicate that a heatwave is going to be here all week (including more thunderstorms) and I won't be able to use my system since it happens to be in my office - which is the hottest room in the house (upstairs on the southwest side).

I guess I should also go get a battery backup as well, to prevent my system from crapping out should I have it on when the power goes "blooey" again (but, since I'm unemployed, I don't have the mad money I used to have so, I need to find the time when I can slide a bill down the line, or do a little less grocery shipping).

I will get to these scans - eventually.
Sadly, even aside from these recent mishaps and responsibilities, I don't have the life that would allow me to have much leisure time as I would like - (way too much family responsibility that no one need be bored with here)...
It was manageable when I was working.
But now, the lack of finances, and the extra time spent looking for work as well as the processes of trying to save the house (not that that worked out for long) have been time and energy consuming.

IF anyone has the playset, feel free to scan yours.
Otherwise, I will hope to have it done when I am able.

                              Many apologies.

                              Yours, most sincerely...
                              Peter

No apology necessary. Family and life come first. Hope it all turns around for you. Sounds like you're definitely due for some good luck.
While I don't yet have the Marvel World playset I do have a few of the characters, not many mind you but will scan them for anyone who'd like them. It's not much but a bit of a start.
