    Possibly. It isn't easy.

As an alternative, I do believe Club Hair For Joe sells joints for them. The 12" joint kits are amazing so I would have to believe the SJ kits work quite well.

Exactly. I painted one blonde, one brown and this one red and kept one black haired one for the Commander. The brown haired one has a green SJ suit with dark green vest. Blonde has a blue suit with red vest. Black is classic black and gold.

Those are Big Jim hands that had the pegs broken off. I made new pegs with cut finishing nails.

And what are those hands from? Mine was restrung with Mego hands, but I don't recognize the hands on that one. Nice collection though.

The vest? See my other post. I have 4 Commanders I painted up like the 12" AT.

The rubber joints and hands disintegrate. I bought a Space Acedemy figure when I was 15, new off the shelf in Chicago. He fell apart after only about 4 years.

Don't these figures have a horrible problem with decaying rubber joints? Is there any fix available for that (other than tape & glue)?

I have a carded light vest for 12 inch figures. From what I have found online they also made the sonic scanner but called it a radar, the helipack, and the tools if not in France elsewhere in Europe that plugged into the vest to get power.
I bought the vest to make a custom 12 inch super joe, but if it is rare I hate to remove it from the card.
