Thanks to a combination of factors, Brian barely had any time at all to stage and photograph these guys. Once the dust settles I expect that Brick will be quite the man about town. I don't think it's too ambitious to think he could be the Elvis of action figures. The karaoke cd is in the can, and the scripts are rolling in. Brick is the kind of cool that wrestles with sharks, but never jumps them.

Man, I remember having one the first time around. He always doubled for a Mego scale Big Jim and used to team up with Huggy Bear to fight crime. I'm still waiting for a Brawny man figure to round out my A team, so to speak!

      Can't wait for the re-issue!!

Brian, I assume that the original catalogue model is a local and you somehow tracked him down to get permission for his action figure likeness? How does he feel about his toyetic rebirth and status as Plaidstallions' spokesperson?

Italian Zombies wrestle with sharks but as hard as it was to cover his manglory with greasepaint I heard Brick stunt doubled as one *.

With the rise and rise of Brick it's only a matter of time before the real Brick becomes aware of his dormant mega-stardom.

I want to hear the conversation where Brian tries to explain it all to him.

Brick: "Ya did wha..? I'm who..?? Wha's the intraweb..??? Do I get 10%?!"

                  'twill be gold.

If Brick is still alive and well, he should be the guest of honour at Mego Meet and autograph boxes!

Even Mahir never had his own action figure (and if he did, it would have an "I KISS YOU" voicechip)... although arguably Borat totally stole his schtick and cranked it up to "11".
