I need help figuring out the name of a toy from the early-mid 90s. The toys were girl figurines/action figures that came in diferent colors. They were small, like about the same height of two army men stacked, and they were each sold seperately and came with their own comb. I think they may have had a t.v. show but I am not sure on that. Their outfits looked kind of like bathing suites and they had long gloves and long boots I believe. I think one of them may have had an emerald green outfit.
