    Captain Action in Italy

I see Captain Action is one of the most desiderable action-figure in USA and he fascinated me.
I remember to owned a figure seems to be Captain Action but in those years I was 3/4 years old and now the memories are faded.
During this last years I knowed this figure commercialized by italian factory called Baravelli, and the figure name "Capitano in Azione" a simple translation of the original name, and I started to try to find almost one.
I had a little fortune and in December 2009 I found the two Capitano in Azione's figures commercialized in Italy, the first with a strange Captain America outfit with Captain Action accessories (an italian mistake but it's true!) 'cause in Italy, in the last '60s we don't knew the Captain America's figure.
The second is the right Captain Action outfit, the same of the USA issue.
Here I can post a photo of the two figures with italian original box in the back:

Note: I want also tell about the fact I'm back administrator of the Mattel Big-Jim forum based and I restored all the areas visible for the guests, if interest. Here the link: BIG-JIM - G.I.JOE - MEGO AND VINTAGE

Thanks Palitoy... I hope the pubblic forum meets your favors.
I'll try to put a USA issue near mine italians...effectly the face seems to be lightly different.
I read about the thing that in Italy arrived only the first issue of Captain Action, the first that the Ideal retired from the commerce 'cause have a lot of problems at the arms and the fingers.
All the retired action-figures went to Italy and Baravelli sold them, in first case with a great mistake using Captain America jumpsuit with Captain Action accessories, but with the original box where Captain Action show the black/blue jumpsuit...a little crazy!
In USA is real that Captain Action had a large diffusion in the past?

Yeah what happen Ideal was using hasbro GI Joe's copy righted wrist and elbow
joints. Hasbro waited untill Ideal was in full production when they sent them and Intent to sue. ideal scramble to change the joints from the nylon connector ,to a thin coke bottle connector (that broke off easy), to the fat stubby connectors that always get lost.
