    Who made POP ITS

I'm sure I'm not the only one that rembers those little foam poppy things. They were about an 1 1/2 inches tall maybe about 1 inch round and you use to just pop them into the air or your brothers head.I remeber several colors, but don't know who made them.Haven't seen them on EBAY,wondering if just another toy that didn't survive.Would've been from the early 80's.Any help my Mego friends.

These were called Finger Pops and they were made by Kenner.

I think these were NERF. I had a little rubber pistol that you could load one in the end and squeeze fire it. It had a bandolier strap for them as well. Very cool little things.

Oops, OK not NERF, but could have easily been made by them.

Even if they did show up on Ebay, I'm sure the foam has long since disintegrated.

I never forgot about them....Didn't even watch the commercial recently, i think it was "Pop goes a finger pop,a barrel of fun" they completely sucked though, Dam I passed up on a Tarzan/ape set to get those, first lesson ever learned and still never got my Tarzan....

We had them, I still remember the jingle "Pop goes a finger pop!". Effective marketing campaign to sell what in reality were just stupid pieces of foam and pretty lame toys.

Oh, I remember those! They hadn't crossed my mind in years.

                          Never had the real deal.
I remember when they came out, wanting some.
But my dad just brought some similar stuff home from work.
Guess it was some kind of packing material for some parts they made.
Same size and shape, just not colored like the ones you saw on TV.
