    GI-JOE barnyard collection

I'm new to collecting GI-JOE so this may be a stupid question but as i've been checking things out on E-BAY i've come across a few polybagged outfits with a header card marked GI-JOE barnyard and i never saw these outfits polybagged at the stores when i was a kid as they were either boxed or carded never polybagged, Most of the ones i see on E-BAY are SOTW which leaves me to think these are close outs sold at discount stores. So can someone fill me in on these?

I remember buying a lot of the polybagged stuff in the mid 70s. It was heavily discounted compared to the carded/boxed accessories.

I thought this was going to be about outfit sets that included overalls, shovels and pitchforks. Oh, and of course the Action Tractor, sold separately.

Sold during the adventure team era they usually consisted of items that couldn't be recyled into AT themes I remember the JApanese helmet and jacket baggie as common as sin 18 years ago I got one for 5.00 wish i hadn't opened it now

The polybagged Sea Adventurer, Land Adventure, and Atomic Man Secret Hideaway uniforms in Backyard Patrol bagged were Canadian Factory leftovers.

I expected to hear about plastic pigs and cows, now I see it's about G.I. Joe lawn mowers and the like...
