I'm new to collecting GI-JOE so this may be a stupid question but as i've been checking things out on E-BAY i've come across a few polybagged outfits with a header card marked GI-JOE barnyard and i never saw these outfits polybagged at the stores when i was a kid as they were either boxed or carded never polybagged, Most of the ones i see on E-BAY are SOTW which leaves me to think these are close outs sold at discount stores. So can someone fill me in on these?

I remember buying a lot of the polybagged stuff in the mid 70s. It was heavily discounted compared to the carded/boxed accessories.Comment

I expected to hear about plastic pigs and cows, now I see it's about G.I. Joe lawn mowers and the like...sigpic "It's like you're unravelling a big cable-knit sweater that someone keeps knitting and knitting and knitting and knitting and knitting and knitting..."Comment
