The Lina Barbie head works fine but it still would have been nice to have gotten a new sculpt. It does look like the tiara, sword, bracers and belt might be reused from the 2016 comic con She-Ra. I do like that the dress material is not pleather like the 2016 doll. Pleather does NOT age well.You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. ^Yes. Mattel has nice super-poseable female and muscular male bodies and should exploit those molds for MOTU!

I hate to be a Debbie Downer but with the current MOTUs team extreme love of the Snake Men and indifference to POP I'd be shocked if we get more. Which is depressing considering the obvious pent-up demand for this. Honestly, if it wasn't the 40th anniversary of She-Ra we wouldn't be getting the little we did get. I mean good grief we still don't have a Swift Wind in Origins.
Back around in 2018 several doll prototypes were shown and nothing came of it. They had protos and mockups of Catra, Glimmer, Netossa, Evil-Lyn, Teela, Sorceress and He-Man. They looked really good too. New He-Man and She-Ra dolls on display at Power-Con 2018

Cindy got her She-Ra in yesterday, and it's very nicely done. The price point on this one seems very reasonable in today's collector circles, with all-plastic 6" figures starting to go for $100 from some companies (cough, MONDO, cough). The cloth goods and plastic parts all look very nice and work together really well. She was very pleased, and I can't blame her!Comment

Got mine today. Mattel has without a doubt some of the least, if not THE least, collector friendly packaging on the market. Loads of bands, T-tags, tape and thread. They even sticky taped her skirt to her legs. Real nasty stuff too. What a hassle. You need near safe cracker level skills to get her out of the package without damaging anything. I Also had to hot water dunk her right hand because the way it is banded in packaged stretched it out and she couldn't hold her sword.
All that a side, it's a lovely doll and very nice quality. I love the dress. Super nice. This will age much better than the 2016 pleather dress. She is sparse on accessories. Just the sword and the usual generic Barbie stand they been using since the 90s. The 2016 SDCC She-Ra was absolutely loaded for bear in comparison and came with a bunch of accessories, three outfits and a unique POP logo doll stand.
