A bit off topic but it's a real shame Mego didn't painted the eyes on the figures like they did in the commercial. They looked WAY better. The lack of paint really hurt what was actually above average sculpts for the time.

Mattel made the same mistake on their Battlestar Galactica Adama and Starbuck figures. The figures were well sculpted, but the lack of eyes (Even the little black dot eyes that Star Wars figures had) really hurt them. Paint apps on their bodies would have helped too, like their belts and the braiding on their cuffs and collars. These details were in the sculpting, but lost by not coloring them.
