I don’t know if it was this or “The New Centurions”
where a veteran cop did an “official” divorce that ended a domestic squabble by having both parties put hands on his badge and swearing off…

I have vague memories of maybe seeing that cop show at some point in my younger years.

Those Shogun pencil toppers would have been awesome! Never saw anything like that when I was a kid.
