    Forbidden Planet Lego Model

    Hi all,

There was a long time I didn't post any new Lego model.
So here are one of my last for you old school lovers:

Robby has the power to freeze ray guns... and Martinis too!

"Drive fast and never die" could be the motto of Robby.

And of course he can drive and look back at the same time... NOT RECOMMENDED TO HUMANS!!!

Hope you'll enjoy as much as me.

Did I forgot to mention that's a custom model? Means I build it myself.
I haven't prewieved to put it on sale but as for any of my custom model I can check a price if someone ask me.

I'm pleased you guys here like that model, because many people outside, don't know what it is and "what the hell is that movie ?" !

Now I'd like to build Morbius villa but haven't beeen able to find some blueprint or plans for that set. If anybody has a link or pictures that would help.

Where all the parts from some sets, or did u have to make a few?, u should maybe contact lego, and get them to do, some vintage horror/scifi sets, with your designs?

Its not my thing, I used to have loads and loads of space lego as a kid, but I do appreciate this sort of stuff, because its very cool.

                That is awesome! Great work!

                Alex:
though close to what you asked, if you go to lego.com and download their digital desginer software, it lets you construct whatever you can think of on your pc and then it lets you check lego online to see how much your kit would cost. In short they let you actually create your own lego kits and then give you a custom box and send it to you. I built a 1970's looking robot this way.

No custom parts here, only regular Lego bricks!
I'd love that Lego produce some classic movie models but I doubt I could be profitable for them?!

                      Hmmmm....

There's one thing I really, REALLY hate about customs like this, and some of the other ones you've done. I've been fighting the urge to build up a set of Lego Space sets for a long time.... and stuff like this makes fighting that urge so much harder.

                      *sigh*

                      >I'd love that Lego produce some classic movie models but I doubt I could be profitable for them?!

They did a few monster sets a couple years back: Dracula, thr Mummy, a Werewolf and Frankenstein's castle.

Nah, that would never happen. It is still hard as **** to really build a lot of things and you have the talent for it

Yes they were very cool. Finally maybe it could be profitable for them? Let's make a petition to TLC.
