For some reason the Museum feed is super slow these days. That Atomic Man set went for a fortune.

Is there any part of the Mike Power set that was unique? It all looked like reissued Joe material. I can only imagine the crunchy feeling of that wet suit after fifty years of waiting.
And why did anybody pay money for the Jaws license and not utilize the human actors? I mean I have never seen anything except the shark which is pretty much shark shaped and doesn’t really look much like the movie shark. I remember tons of stuff being sold including a rubbery shark dangler with the tag Jaws of Death.

I think just the packaging itself and even then it's just been repurposed. It's not for everyone but this is one of those things that I find magnetic.

Oh I understand the appeal. I was a proud owner of a Mike Power with the amazing power of clear plastic limbs and the ability to blink a light with purpose. We really weren’t gifted the GI Joe sets or outfits so our playsets were basically handmade and modeled after WWII movies for the most part. Or after Steve Austin joined the mix his show. His rocket was a major component

I had a few of the deluxe outfits, namely Danger of the Depths and Sky Dive to Danger but I don't remember the Atomic Man sets. Which is weird because I remember the weird Canadian ones like Mountie and Native American.

I've even seen Canadian versions of the Atomic Man sets too!
