    Pocket Superheroes Trading Card

Card number 28 is dedicated to one of my personal favourite toy lines of my child hood, Mego's Pocket Superheroes. Released in the late 1970s, these 3 3/4" figures kept my love of Superheroes alive in a time when everything around was space orientated.

For more on this killer line, check out the Mego Museum Pocket Superheroes Gallery.

I'll be giving out these cards at tomorrow's Toronto Toy Show if you're in the area (click here for $2 off coupon to get in)

Love the denim background B! Nice touch!

I really loved the Pocket Heroes too. Since I came in at the tail-end of Mego, I played with almost just as much as my 8". Plus I also had my only Mego villain from that line, Lex Luthor.

OMG it's gorgeous. That little Batmobile is soooo cute.

I finally got a Pocket Hero Superman a few months back.

Here's hoping some cards will find their way down South hint hint :D

That's awesome. I never cared for the PSH though. I had CAH and I prefer them now. The PSH Batman has Superman boots! Those straight legs just look so stiff. The CAH with their bent knees look much better and stand much better. I love them ! lol.

I wish I could join you at the show Brian. I've never been to a toy show.

Yeah, that is cool. I have a complete collection of MM Cards, but my PlaidStallions cards are somewhat haphazard. Need to get on the ball.

Me too. Brian was nice enough to help me fill in some of the holes in my PS cards set at the show yesterday, including the Pocket Superheroes card, which is really cool with the denim and everything.

I just got a cheap AHI ape and a cool Battle for the Planet of the Apes comic and record set. I got there a couple hours after the show started but Brian and his friend still had some cool stuff for sale. I would have snagged his Popy Spider-man for sure if I hadn't recently finally found one. No C.B. McHaul though, I was highly disappointed.
