    Man Mates Rise Again

It's been too long without an appearance by the JC Penney ManMates models, so with their fists clenched proudly, I bring you three confident men who truly know the words "coordinated"! May they someday rise again!

The guy in the upper right almost looks okay for a Disco Era swinger, then you get to those PANTS!

The dude in the yellow with the ascot has nothing going for him.

              Man Mates?!?

I've got a better title: Garanimals for Grownups.

The jacket is sort of passable, but those trousers are O-U-T, OUT!

                Hmmmm....

What's the deal with the guy in yellow? He looks like he's suffering from transmigration/greying head syndrome.

I look at these outfits and the only thing that comes to my mind is Ted Knight in Caddyshack

Sadly, these guys are all still wearing those outfits with the white belts (and probably matching shoes). Of course, now the belt is somewhere up around the turtleneck. And they only wear them while driving 20 mph in the left lane with the turn signal blinking, and blinking, and blinking.....

no the turtleneck makes the tie unneeded haven't you seen every professor in a 70's tv show or movie before. all he needs are the suede patches on the elbows and a pipe
