Pez should worry about doing some decent characters/lines again instead of hitching their wagon to every digitally animated film that come out of Hollywood lately. I remember that years ago their philosophy was that they wouldn't do characters that hadn't proved themselves and wouldn't stand the test of time. But nowadays they're doing shlock like Meet the Robinsons, The Bee Movie, Madagascar, etc.Think OUTSIDE the Box! For the BEST in Repro & Custom Packaging!Comment

The one thing that I see that would be an Issue, is the McCain and Obama sicker mod's they did on some of the Pez truck dispensers. Buyers would think it was an offical Pez item, and it isn't. Many casual collectors would buy thinking they were getting something unique for their collection only to find out it's a custom made item that they wouldn't have bought in the first place if they had known. And that could come back to Pez corp. getting tons of complaints etc.
I think Pez corp is taking it way too far in their lawsuit, but if the above is something that had/have given a backlash on Pez corp. for sure the Pez museum needs to be kept in line.
Or maybe Pez corp. is jealous of the Museum haveing every dispenser and not themComment

GIVE is probably the operateive word. I bet the PEZ company wants to actually sell a license to the museum not give them one and probably the musuem balked due to cost or their lawyer indicating that they weren't infringing. I wasn't sure in the article was the pez mueseum selling the modified pez trucks with candidates logos? if so then they are done as that is a direct infringement on the copywright and probably the patent (selling the branded candy dispensing toy)Comment

i actually cant believe pez is making a big deal out of this. the pez museum is literally a hole in the wall. it is a computer repair shop which decided to display some of it's personal pez dispensers. i guess from there interest grew and he now has a full blown museum but still repairs/sells computers as well. it's still a hole in the wall.Comment
