I think the Bisonic Steve Austin and Oscar Goldman would be the rarest. Maskatron is not as rare but I'll bet he's hard to find complete.

Without question the third and final Steve Austin figure, better known as the "Biosonic" version is the most unique. That was a limited line released to catch what was left of fans after the series had been cancelled. It's worth noting that an equally unique villian/playset would be the Death Probe. You get this MIB for anything less than a house payment and you've done well.

Most expensive item period is the Venus Space Probe, followed by Bigfoot and Biosonic.

I placed the Biosonic SMD as the rarest mainly due to the fact i've seen a few Bigfoots listed and never seen a Biosonic SMD listed same goes for the Venus probe so fare i've gotten Oscar a yardsale find and a 1st verson Bionic Woman from evil bay

I didn't think Bionic Bigfoot was that rare or expensive.

I used to see a lot of them loose on various fleamarkets ... mostly priced around $20.00

A quick scan of Ebay gave me theses results...

SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN smdm BOSS in BOX the doll FIGURE - eBay (item 350065662308 end time Jul-24-09 15:47:25 PDT)

Six Million Dollar Man Sasquatch Bigfoot Doll Figure - eBay (item 380125904566 end time Jul-20-09 07:00:30 PDT)

No signs of the Biosonic figure or the Death Probe. Those are pretty rare.

I think you're right but I believe the reason he's expensive is because he's hard to find complete loose (something about a chest plate that's usually missing). I would imagine a loose incomplete one would be cheap.
On the other hand 've never even seen a Fembot before. I didn't even know they existed until a few months ago when I saw one on ebay. I would've thought those would be up there on the rare list.
I also was under the impression that Oscar was a plentiful, cheap figure, even in the box.
I'm guessing that Maskatron fits in the same category as Bigfoot: not rare but hard to find complete loose so commands a hefty price when found complete.
I really want to repurchase my SMDM collection again. Someday...
