Underwater playset from the 70`s toy id...

Anyone know what I am talking about? It had a ship or boat on top of it and you could go under fake water to go diving down below the ship. Came with an octopus and maybe a shark. What was the name of this toy?

I just asked this last week!!!! go over to the second page in here, youll see it.
No one could ID it but your talking about the same toy I was, it was a Matchbox M.A.C knock off, thats all we could determine.

Well thats it!!!! He calls it Sea Searcher 2. I think it said that on the boat.
Like he said it was a MAC knockoff, thats all I can find about it.
I know mine came from Sears or JC Penny, I believe it was in a plain brown box.
Thanks for that pic, thats the best pic Ive seen of it since I had it in the 70s.
Im still searchin around about it, If I get more info Ill let you know.

I have been checking the catalogs over at wishbook.com, but do far no luck.

I do know that the photo listed on Island of toys needs some desperate color correction and restoration
