Maybe not a great deal, but you could've done a lot worse I guess. It was an impulse buy, and sometimes they are not the most sensible auction wins. I use the completed auction search A LOT. Doesn't look like a ton of boxed Maskatrons have been listed lately, but one did sell for about $55, which is a steal.
Personally though, I love Maskatron, and would love to ad a complete boxed figure to my collection at some point. -
Well one thing to keep in mind is your paying for a figure that SHOULD BE sealed, so your paying that inflated price for a "fresh off the shelf" figure. I would say that's in the neighborhood of what you would pay for one in that condition. Personally I like to go after figures that have the boxes but are slightly damaged and the figures have been removed. For me, the measure is in how well it can be displayed. If the damage does not interfere with it's general appearance, then I'll take that over a mint version where I would be paying twice as much if not more. Sometimes a hint of age adds charm. At the end of the day though you have to be happy with the purchase. Value is truly between the terms of the buyer and the seller, so always make sure you know what you want to pay before you make the transaction.

Oh, forgot to add that if you're looking for a boxed Bigfoot, expect to lay down at least 3 bills. loose and complete with chest plate never seems to end at less than $80, except the one I won at xmas for $45 that the seller refused to invoice me forComment

I only need a loose Bigfoot to complete my collection.
Perhaps I should go in the woods with my rifle to bag one.....
