When I was really small, I seem to remember having a little toy Flintstone's car that I remember came from a cereal (probably Fruity or Cocoa Pebbles). Does anyone know exactly the toy I am talking about. I am trying to track down what I had and the memory is hazy.

It might be, but I tend to remember it as Fred's car (that one looks like Barney's)Comment

I figured maybe there were a few different ones shown on the back of the box but that was the only pic I could find. Funny thing is that actually looks like a mix of Barney's & Fred's cars. Barney usually had the log but it didn't have that top on it while Fred's had that top but the bottom was like a steamroller.Comment

Yup, I believe that might be the one(s) I am thinking of. How year is that box? Does anyone know?Comment

I think they came out 1972-3 I had to track the Flinstone's car down myself a few years back. It now sits on the shelf with the Freakie Statues, and Quisp cycle. Now if I could only find the Freakie Bossmoss boat I need to complete my set of boats. Anyone?
For hardcore Mego customizers there are many toy cereal boxes release in 1970s in 1/6 scale very easy to reduce for Mego scale.Comment

Yes, I had a couple of 'flintmobiles'.. They were pretty cool, especially the thin plastic top piece. It looked just like the cartoon car!
I'll have to put that on my list of early-70s premiums to hunt down along with the 'Frito Bandito' erasers. I started with the Tang Lunar rover a few years back. Luckily I still have all the Freakie statues and magnets.
david_bPeace.. Through Superior Firepower.

The 1st box is probably 1970's & the 2nd one is from the 1980's. In the 90's they had a mail-away Flintmobile that was an actual Hot Wheels car. Sorry I don't have a pic but they're pretty common on eBay.CHECK OUT THE NEW BAT-BLOG!
