    Spanish For Slime

Found this ad in a completely unremarkable Spanish catalog from 1983, where apparently Slime was a brand new thing and was called "Bandi Blub" which doesn't seem to translate at Google....

I think the Blandi Blub has taken over his mind and is telling him to kill the other two kids.

He looks like a mad scientist that just created Frankenstein or something.

I have Mattel's slime monster game. I wish had that slime in the ad to go with it

The kid on the left has clearly been given an amount of slime to handle that exceeds the recommended level of exposure. Just like the danger of cigarettes was suppressed by big business, the dangers of slime were brushed under the carpet or written in exceedingly small print somewhere on the jar. The identical white t-shirts also suggest that these may have been test subjects, perhaps some street urchins seduced by candy.
Symptoms may include; Megalomania, Facial Contortion, Murderous Fury, and so on.
