A few months back, I went into an antiques place in Amish country in PA. Inside I came across a complete set of McDonaldland glasses for $2 a piece. Could you have passed them by? Of course not. That and few blow-molded Halloween decorations made the 3 hour trip worth the ride.

I'm lov'in the promo glasses! Been collecting these for a long time now. I was kind of hoping the first 1976 Star Trek series would make the list. Still great choices from so many to choose from!

I have two sets of the Empire Strikes Back glasses. Never used. My grandfather had them in his garage and gave them to me.

Yeah ive got several of those star wars glasses. All those on that list are pretty cool.
My girlfreind has some looney toons glasses that we cant figure out where from, they are shorter glasses, and they arent the ones from Hardees in the 70s. One them I love features speedy gonzalez. Anyone have a clue who made these?

There were several different sizes of Looney Toon glases put out during the 70s. There was a 1973 Federal 16 oz, a few 15 oz.too during that time then in 1978 Pepsi/ Warner put out a few measuring 4 13/16. Some of these would have different color lettering depending on where they came from ( a few came from Tim Horton DOnut Shops in Canada.

Those Marvel glasses are great too. They just scream 70's era Marvel with Cap and Falcon together on one glass, and Howard the Duck.

Cool list, but the absence of the DC Pepsi glasses is criminal.

By the way, if you are in the market for Star Trek III glasses, head to the Gatlinburg, TN area. It's state law that every antique mall has to have at least 3 of the same glass from this series. And you can't throw a pebble without hitting 4 antique malls down there.

I think some wormhole opened up at the glass factory and transported all the overstock there....
