          GI Joe bad guy

The first guy is from the GI Adventure team. Intruder Commander or Warrior. Not sure on the 2nd..maybe old battlestar?

As stated, that's an Intruder Commander (the Commander was bearded and had the Gold/Bronze colored armor) cleverly painted to make it look like the Hulk someone didn't get for Christmas.

The second dude is a 12" Colonial Warrior from Mattel's BSG.

Yeah, I wish I had thought of that! That's a custom from back in the day and let's face it, Hulk was waaaaaaaaay cooler than the Intruders were back then.

I'll admit I was never that creative, the best I did was color them with red marker to make them look like they were bleeding.

I believe the 2nd picture is indeed an old Battlestar Galactica figure. It is a 12 inch Colonial Warrior. Mattel reused their original mold of Captain Lazer from the old 60s line Matt Mason.
