The Metal Men by Zee Toys were by far one of the neatest non-TV advertised toy lines around. Made entirely of die cast metal, these sleek futuristic series of robotic action figures left the back story completely to your imagination.

I had Questar and had no idea who or what he was. Our neighbor gave it to me for Christmas one year. He was a great villain for my Pocket Super Heroes!

This is great stuff! I never knew what the Metal Men were till I came here, and I had no idea they made so many items in the line.

How very true. I had a memory of these as I re-entered the toy world but I don't know if I knbew what they were called when my brother had them originally. I think I remember them being shown in the Sears catalog so I assumed they were just cheap toys.
