    The Cardboard Black Hole

I found this ad in a Canadian Toy Trade Magazine so I'm not sure if the toy itself ever got made. If it did, I must own it as it is full of win. I've mentioned it before but I love the Black Hole, maybe even more than Star Wars. Probably because it's weirder and maybe a little emotionally scarring. I mean, Star Wars didn't have any disembowellings, now did it?
If you had the cardboard Palomino playset, drop me a line and let me know it's out there....

I used to have a Black hole punch out book where you could assemble paperboard models of the ships and robots.

        That is NEAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the fact that Canada got many different (and mostly better) Black Hole items compared to the US.
        Also,
I HATE the fact that Canada got many different (and mostly better) Black Hole items compared to the US.

I'm not sure this ever saw any sort of release Mike. I've been trolling the toy show scene around here for 22 years and I've never seen one.

It seems like something that would be a have-to-order store exclusive.
Something they wouldn't carry in stock.
I used to see normal cardboard playhouses sold like that.
