As promised, we're beginning a series about the 70s stage extravaganza "Bugs Bunny meets the Superheroes" thanks to some negatives unearthed by my buddy Lou. First off are the caped crusaders themselves (and some kid) doing a photo opoutside the show. More coolness next week.

They don't look bad. Robin's suit is pretty close to Burt Ward's, which was dead on. Batman's a bit too blue, but it matches the comic look well. I remember seeing a Batman costume sold in catalogs circa Batmania II in 1989. It was a comic-inspired one that looked a lot like this, and it was sold along the expensive Keaton-rubber models.
