    Trying to remember a toy.

Okay, if anyone in the world can answer this its you guys!!!
Around 1975 I went to our local Sears with my dad and he got me a Planet of the Apes playset that came with some of those green army men figures and painted Apes figures. There was 2 plastic trees with a rope bridge that went between them and I think several mounted apes figures too. Also was a jeep and maybe a tank? I have scoured the ends of the web hunting for this and cant find it anywhere. I am pretty certain it came in one of those typical Sears brown boxes.

Wish it rang a bell, sounds like a neat playset.Your best bet might be a Christmas catalog to check in from that year.Good luck.

There was a window boxed version of the Multiple Toys POTA figures in the Mego Museum Raffle last year. It was essentially just the loose figures with a ratty box, don't know who won it.

                            Cheers!
