Experts Needed to Identify This Toy.........

I recently purchased a collection from a gentleman and decided to keep this Captain America, it is incomplete but I am very curious as to what this would have looked like complete. He did explain to me that you could add body parts like hair and face, etc.....Any help on identifying this toy or pics would be greatly appreciated. It is from the late 60s early 70s,

    Thanks in Advance

I believe those parts are from the Captain Action Captain America.

That torso is just the "dressing dummy" that was used in the individual costume boxes...unless you're putting together a boxed example it's pretty much useless. To make the complete Captain America figure you'll need to track down an Ideal CA body...or one of the Playing Mantis CA bodies will also work.
