Have you seen those weird customs that guy has been listing? To bad he's asking so much, I'd buy the monster or Hulk one for maybe $50 or so just to put it on display. His write up for the auctions is ******** though:

"This Figure is sold for ART. Please dont ask me how i made it. Its like asking as Thomas Kinkade how he paints his masterpieces, and what light source and all the secrets involved. People say is it orginal? what about when you wreck your car and Macco rebuilds it, replaces lights and pulls out dents and repaints the whole car and puts a finish coat on it. Is that car still orginal?"

stretch collectors are a breed of their own LOL!!

I'd like to find out how he's making them, perhaps he bought the original moulds off of Phantom67? I contemplated buying them, but I would just hate paying that dink's inflated prices. But where else could I find original stretch toy moulds?

Interesting. I never saw this before.

I wish they would rerelease Strecth Armstrong. I sure miss that guy.

No silly, on the Septor card, you can see him fighting a dude called "Garth" which is a weird name for a villain.

Ha, Sorry. Nope I've never seen him come up for sale before. He's actually kinda cool looking. that's a hilarious name for a villian though, the EVIL GARTH!

Missed it while it was a live auction. But it's always cool to see something actually exists.
Reading through my comments in this thread, i don't know why i was being so hard on this toyline, an actual 70's stretch armstrong type knock-off is rather cool. they do have a sort of tomland type quality thats pretty neat. still wouldnt cough up a hundred for it though.

Did you see the ooze-it figure shown on the auction page? That's crazy

Somebody sold a sealed case of 4 for a little over $200 a month or so back, said they had another case. I paid $60 for a boxed one, have seen it sell for as low as $25 (usa shipping only or I woulda bought it too), and have seen it sell for as high as $300. I'm wondering why there's been a spike of Krushers being sold for $100+ loose, whenever somebody puts stretch armstrong in the title.

I've seen a loose Ooze it at an Antique Mall for the past 3 years.

Neat find on the Garth Andy, I kind of like this line.

How much are they asking for the Ooze-it? Is the antique mall any good? I'm always looking for new places to make day trips to.

I can't remember how much it is but it's in the Peterborough Antique mall, I love that place. Found some neat stuff there and need to go back soon.
