I then properly adjusted and restored the colors and levels back to the image (though it adds minor grain, but it was needed for this reel set)

So if anyone wants this (about 76 megs) I can throw it up and post the download link here
Yeah, set it up so you can get the 3D image by crossing your eyes.

      re

that would be side by side.

I can do this but so can you very easily. CHeck the thread in this forum I made about the land of the lost custom 3d pic. I give a link to free software in it (stereophoto maker link is here http://stereo.jpn.org/eng/stphmkr/index.html

that will input the pics I upload and you can save it to a variety of different forms of 3d and has an easy adjustment if needed

I converted one pic to an anaglyph. However I do own some early 1900 something stereo viewer for side by side pictures and I know I can print these out to work with that viewer

ok upping now-- (56 megs rared) still single pictures with both left and right parts, scanned in with a dpi of 3200

I loved view-masters as a kid. My favorites were the live action Batman and the comic Batman adapted from "The Joker's Five Way Revenge". The Superman one was cool too. It looked similar to the Filmation toons, but seemed to be its own story. Of course I also had the Superman I and II movie reels. I got a big tin full of DC super hero reels for Christmas one year. I had two different styles of viewers: the squarish red and white model with the blue tab, and the curvy red model with the gold tab. I never had any of those projectors, but I did have a flashlight style projector made by View Master that worked on little cartridges.
