That's a cool Mattel Koenig, that line never seems to get a lot of love. i personally think they're pretty cool figures with great packaging.

I totally AGREE. There are some toys that look great in the packaging, others better loose. The Mattel 1999 figures are best on card. I do have to get that Mattel Koenig again someday soon.
