The way I understand it is that Funskool used Hasbro's tooling to make the figures and vehicles but with a much lower grade plastic. I also believe these were made in India. Hasbro, not Funskool, made the product for the Canadian market.

Funskool is a company in India that re-produced some of the 80's Joes in different color schemes and very cheap plastic in the mid 90's- till only a few years back. Most of them aren't worth anything, but there's a few like the 82's and the Baroness which are worth a lot of money.

I know they also made the WWF Hasbro line from the 90's.Those are super rare,it took me forever to get my Warrior

Yeah Funskool is India, Hasbro has been in Canada since the 50's. The Funskool line has that goofy Superman figure.

The Superman head is the same as Infantry Trooper codename Grunt. The same head with different hair was used for Grandslam and Zap. The same head was shared by Flash, Shortfuse, Hawk and Steeler. The same head shared by Breaker, RocknRoll and Clutch. Single heads, Stalker, Scarlett and Snake Eyes.
The rounds out the original 13 Hasbro Joes.

The Street Hawk figure from the line is a cool one as well.
