I had this when I was younger and I ended up trading him away for Mazinga (the big one) from the Shogun Warriors toyline
In a nut shell Krusher was a toy monster that worked with air. The rubber figure allowed you to "smush" it down into a ball, you would then pull a plastic lever on his belt and this caused him to "inflate" and take his old shape back. I am pretty sure he came with a toy cage to break out of.
That is pretty much it. No series toyline revolved around him. He seems pretty common enough on Ebay and I have seen them at flea markets on occasion. I also see him sell for roughly around the 20-30$ mark
been tempted to purchase another one, but never got around to it"What motivated him to throw a puppy at the Hells Angels is currently unclear,"

I LOVE KRUSHER!!! one of my all time favorites. He can be difficult to find boxed in nice condition. Have seen some really rotten looking ones, literally. The rubber seems good quality, so I don't really know why. The run between $50 to $100 for a nice bxed one. I picked one up off ebay a few years back, never recieved him and filled a dispute with Paypal. Got my refund and a month later got one in the mail, not at all the same one I bid on (totally faded box) and a week later the seller left me a neg(!??!) saying I got both a refund and the Krusher. Oh well, free Krusher. Still want a nicer box to display though. I was thinking of getting two more so I could do a shelf of him, one in crushed position, one in semi-inflated position and one in fully inflated position. But, if your expecting a fun toy, this is not really it. I can see how kids got sick of this guy real quick. And there's no others monsters in the line to make him fight, so kids would have to find other toys, stretch armstrong might be a good foe.Comment

I don't know about fun, but looks great on display, LOL!!!
maybe it's just mine, but this thing takes like half a second to go from fully crushed to fully inflated.
Now, if it took like 30 seconds of a slow and suspensful build-up, I could see some excitment.
But any monster toy standing over 12 inches is very cool in my book.Comment

Krusher is a strange case... it's a toy I had, and played with a lot (he was bad guy to my favorite joe... Eagle Eye land adventurer wearing the STTMP Klingon's armor and weapons) Yet I totally forgot he existed. I only recently saw a blog that pictured Krusher and it all came flooding back. One of the very, very few toys I had in heavy play rotation that I don't carry around a ton of nostalgia for. Weird.Comment

I had two in my life. One as a kid and another as an adult. However the second one was acquired and 2 weeks later my father died. Went through a deep depression and sold my entire collection because he couldnīt share it with me anymore. Donīt do it kids! Do not sell when you are so sad. You will regret it.Comment
