Does anyone know what these 70's dools are ?

These dolls were given out free with a tank of gas at Esso gas stations back in the 70's... Yes ESSO -- (pre Exxon)

I got these dolls from a few older family members who collected them at the time.
McCoy is in there for size reference.

They stand about 8" high, and have legs.
    Bodies are light plastic.
Joints are only on the elbows and thighs.
The eyes close when they lay down.

They seem to be dolls of the world or something.

Just wondering if they're anything great.

That pic is just screaming for some funny captions, lol.

Don't know anything about the dolls though, so I'm no help, sorry

My educated guess by looking at them is that they are some form of generic Madame Alexander doll.

My younger sister had a ton of Madame Alexander dolls and my memory of them was that they had them designed to be from different countries of the world....this was back in the 1970's.

I have no idea what if anything these are worth but I'm guessing it might have some value to a Madame Alexander doll collector if I'm right.
