I don't recognize the bike. It looks like it might be an Evel Kneivel bike, but the tires look too thick.

Could be an Evel bike reissued under Team America. Probably would still carry the original date from the 70s.

Andro...In Spanish, "captain" is spelled "capitán." May not be a typo and welcome to the forums

It's neither a EK or Team America bike. I've got both and that's not even close. Probably just something they had that best came to being Mego size. Pretty neat looking though.
