Super 7 going up on prices

We want to share an important update about how recent changes in global trade and import tariffs are affecting us. Starting today, April 24th, an 8% surcharge will be added to all non-apparel items.

We didn’t come to this decision lightly. For as long as possible, we’ve worked to absorb these rising costs ourselves—without passing them along to you. Unfortunately, the scale of these increases has made it unsustainable for us to continue doing so entirely. Even with this surcharge, it still doesn’t cover the full impact we're facing.

We’re doing everything we can behind the scenes to minimize the effect on our community. If conditions change or a better solution becomes available, we’ll reevaluate this surcharge immediately.

Super7 has always been about more than just toys—it’s about the people who collect them. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support during this time.

    Sincerely,

    Team Super7

It's really unfortunate and disingenuous that Super7 are adding tariff surcharges to items they've already had in stock way before this situation started. Im guessing they're trying to find any way they can to offset the costs of tariffs on future orders as well as make up for the potential loss of sales.
BBTS too...they had a substantial amount of Marvel Legends on markdown, some of those markdowns had been listed there for years. Then when all this started most of those figures went up to full retail. Definitely seems like they're trying to stay ahead of potential losses anyway they can. Oh well, hope it works out for them just wish they were a little more transparent about it.

Their stuff was overpriced before the tariffs. Just more reason for me to avoid it.
Looking for Green Arrow accessories, Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver, and Japanese Popy Megos (Battle Cossack and France, Battle of the Planets, Kamen Rider, Ultraman) and World Heroes figures

I just glad they didn't do Tigersharks, I would be broke.

They were supposed to but that kept getting delayed and now with everything happening who knows if it will ever happen. I think if they don't show anything at SDCC this year it's probably not likely to happen.

I'd only be in for T-Ray anyway.

Looks like they laid off a bunch of key people recently. I could foresee a scenario where they get out of action figures altogether and go back doing niche vinyl stuff they had been doing earlier.

I respect Brian Flynn. I wish him the best and hope his company survives this attack on American business. But he moved beyond "small" business when he started pulling major licenses, and his pricing on some items is obscene. $20 for a 4" GI Joe? And that was BEFORE the tariffs, and BEFORE the classic style O-Ring and swivel arm? Nope. Doesn't fly with me. Unless you're pulling a limited run custom piece from a slush mold in resin, those prices are unjustifiable.
