Mego Museum Trading Card Box

A long while ago there was a Mego Museum trading card box on this site that you could download and print to hold your cards. I don't remember where it's at. Can someone point the way?

[UPDATE]: OK found it. New question - What size paper is it supposed to be printed on?

Standard size paper should work. If I remember correctly that was what I used then spray glued it to a poster board before cutting it, folding it and gluing it together. It isn't very big, just the right size to hold some cards.
