New packaging and display option from Laser Mego!
I've spent months working on a new display box for Megos. This one is made out of thin PETG plastic (0.03 inches thick) that is light but sturdy and cheaper than acrylic.
Its the same type of plastic used for vacuum forming and food packaging. The box is two parts that slip together. When together it stays shut and you can pick it up with a figure inside without worrying about it coming undone.
It also had "feet" on the side so that it sits very stable on a level surface. When you do want to open it, there are thumb holes on the sides towards the bottom that make it easy to grasp all put up on the outer surface.
Its very easy to add a paper insert, like this Black Widow one printed on card-stock to give it some depth.
Also available from Laser Mego for Mego Meet, a retro Black Widow. Featuring Doc Mego and CTVT parts with a Laser Mego 3D printed belt and bracets.
Stop by the table to see the new plastic case for yourself.
[Wednesday before the meet update]
We will be bringing back some favorites from previous years like Silver Surfer's surfboard and TV Captain America's shield and helmet set. Also, new for this year is a Robin helmet.
Another new item is Jimmy Olson's Superman signal watch.
