Mego Meet 1 -2006

it would be five more years before I attended my first Mego Meet, instantly wishing I could jump into a time machine to make up for the ones I missed.

at least we can catch a glimpse thanks to the internets!

Definitely wish I could have gone to the ones I missed but outside of 2008 (job related) it's probably just as well. Would have loved meeting everyone sooner but up until 2006 when I changed jobs my funds were very limited. Even my first in 2007, I had to beg, borrow and do everything except steal to have a decent budget. Basically as a collector I would have been frustrated by the all the stuff I couldn't buy.

Don't remember there being a T-Shirt in the first year. I could be wrong. If there was I don't have one and I think I have every shirt from all of the Meets.
