Anytime anyone wants to cast some dates out there works for me. I have no major plans coming up in the next couple of months and a little trip to Cincy would be good to alleviate the mid-winter doldrums. Personally, I would prefer a meet on a Saturday as I work weird hours on both Fridays and especially on Mondays when I have to be at my place of employment when most of you gents are likely still soundly sleeping....

Would definitely be something I and (I suspect) Tom (MIB41) would be interested in trying again! Good way to start the New Year---a meeting of the MEGOMinds!!!!

Well, alright let's do it! There's a nice little collective within a 100 mile perimeter, so Megoheads Assemble!

We were attempting to reference the Louisville, Lexington, Columbus, Indianapolis region since they are all sort of equidistant from Cincinnati. I think Chris, Tom and I will still get a little something together late this winter/early spring in preparations for the real deal in June. Even if I just go to Lousiville for a night and hang with MM peeps, that would be cool with me.

The actual MEGO Meet is in the Ohio Valley, for those who need to know the approximate geographic area.

    D.O.A......

I regret to inform any interested parties that the First Annual Ohio Valley Mego Mini-Meet is pretty much DOA. Sorry I won't get a chance to hang any with any of your cool cats and chicks, but maybe at the big Mego Meet in 2012....

Just to let those of you who are interested know, this subject is not quite dead yet. I'm still working with Tom and Scott to get this thing organized. I'm a newbie, so please forgive my tardiness and lack of proper coordination....!

Reading this it dawned on me that.. well, strange you should call it that because...

Wheeling is located at 40°4′13″N 80°41′55″W / 40.07028°N 80.69861°W / 40.07028; -80.69861 (40.070348, -80.698604)[8]. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 15.8 square miles (41.0 km²), of which, 13.9 square miles (36.0 km²) of it is land and 1.9 square miles (4.9 km²) of it (12.07%) is water.

Wheeling is located in Northern West Virginia, on what is known as the northern panhandle. It is directly across the river from the state of Ohio and only 11 miles (18 km) west of Pennsylvania. It is a part of the Tri-State bordering area of Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, which is commonly referred to as the Ohio River Valley Region or "The Ohio Valley".

    It's a pretty long valley.
