Ok, I got the torso in the mail and now understand what you mean by pressure fitting the arms. The WWE arm plugs fit well in the holes.

one question though is the hole where the neck is as I opted for the no plug torso. Am I to dremel the hole deeper to fit a mego head?

The ebay listing gave the option to utilize your plug system. What does that look like?

Here are the various pegs I made to fit different bodies. They’re just FDM printed cylinders.

I’m just now realizing that the chest doesn’t work for a vintage Mego head. I was so caught up in getting the peg to fit I didn’t even think about that. >_<

Let me work on it and print a test and I’ll get back to you.

EDIT: So I added more room and a rim to the inside. I had to work him in slowly with my fingernail but I was able to get Ol’ Ponch in there. Happy to send you the updated version if you want one.
