Not that I'm complaining (far from it ), but what the hell is going on over at Amazon? One day I get an email my order has been delayed for the third time and the next they tell me the book is on it's way...
Well, it's on it's way and that's all that matters really, but this is really odd to say the least
Glad to hear it's on it's way to you Thomas! I got my book today, it's freakin' amazing, to say the least. To say that you'll be pleased with it when it arrives is an understatement!

I ordered mine on Oct. 27th...they e-mailed me earlier this evening and said the estimated delivery date was Dec. 13th. But I just got an update and it's shipped already and I'll receive it on Dec. 12th.

Woo hoo. It's back on for pre-order on Amazon UK. This time i'm not messing about and it's ordered. They do say it will not be before Christmas but at least I can expect it soonish

            Got mine!

            Hahahahahahahahaqhahahah!
            Got it! Got it!
            Ahem!
I had actually planned on getting one after Christmas but found a copy on Overstock.com that tempted me with it's price.
So I ordered it and it is here.
Don't expect to hear from me for a bit.
I don't plan to shave or bathe until I have satisfied my fix.
Don't drop over for your own safety.
            I plan to stink.

            Heh.

Congratulations! I was impatient and emailed them last night about it... I got a shipping notice at two in the morning, and a reply from them saying it shipped at around 5 AM. Mine's scheduled for December 11. Yay!

I got sick of waiting for the book to arrive in Columbus and ordered mine online from B&N. I had a gift card I'd been saving, that's why I skipped Amazon. Anyway, with a 10% off coupon and free shipping, it is said to be at my door by 12/10 for the low low price of $38.68.

Got mine today from Amazon. Cost me under $32 with the pre-order discount and free shipping. After waiting all those months for its arrival, I kept it shrink-wrapped and put it under the tree as a gift to myself, as any card-carrying maniac would do...

It is now 3 weeks past Amazon's estimated date of arrival and I STILL don't have the book I have had it with them, I'm cancelling the order and asking for my money back. Never - I repeat NEVER - again will I do business with them. I pre-ordered the book on March 12th and I'm still waiting. At this rate I still won't have a book a year after I pre-ordered it

                          Thomas,
In hindsight it would've been easier for me to have ordered a 2nd book and shipped it to you...you'd have had it by now.

I ordered mine from Amazon on January 4th and received it on January 9th. But I'm in the States.

Yeah, if I had known Amazon was gonna be such a nightmare to deal with this would've been the perfect alternative.
Ben, do you still have some copies? There's no way I'm gonna order it anywhere else anymore

Thomas, PM me your address again, I will send you one of my extra copies, no problem. You can pay me back when I come back to Belgium this summer. Just bring the band some more Kriek and chocolates and I think everyone will be happy

Seriously, I don't mind sending you a copy, I know you've been waiting forever for it!
