this has probably been asked before, but are the Penguin and Mr Myx (smirking version) sculpts essentially the same? I was looking at Ben's book and the page flipped from one to the other and it was the first time I noticed the similarities.

Not the same, but very similar & perhaps another reason for DC's request for a re-sculpt.
Mr. Mxyzptlk is a much-maligned figure, but aside from the inappropriate fat body style, I like him. And I always thought the second head was a big improvement.
And the Lily Ledy Mexican version had cool separate boots, wish I had a pair
